TL;DR

Happy 2026! This year marks OnlyFans' 10th birthday. While the platform hasn't changed much since 2016, the industry surrounding it is unrecognizable. Here are three high-leverage evergreen tips for crushing 2026.

Happy 2026! This year marks OnlyFans' 10th birthday, and while the OnlyFans platform hasn't changed much since 2016, the industry surrounding it is unrecognizable compared to a decade ago.

As a consequence, most of the content and information about OnlyFans on the internet is outdated and useless. Credit where it's due—those content creators provided a ton of value at the time their content was made—but this industry moves VERY fast, and many of the tools and tactics that printed money from 2019-2024 are actively harmful to your OnlyFans business today.

Personally, I don't like making educational content that comes with an expiration date. So to ring in the new year, I'm going to give you three high-leverage evergreen tips that will both add value to your business no matter where the industry is at AND make 2026 your most profitable year in OnlyFans yet.

I'm Francis, an OnlyFans consultant and former manager who has produced millions of dollars, tens of millions of followers, and billions of views for my clients. Let's begin.

Evergreen Tip #1: Master Modern Marketing

In the early days of OnlyFans, marketing was WAY easier than it is today. Between 2019 and 2023, the lethal cocktail of COVID lockdown-driven social isolation combined with the novelty of being able to see intimate content of your favorite Instagram personality proved irresistible to millions of social media users.

As a consequence, every girl-next-door willing to show some skin could develop a huge following and generate millions of dollars with little effort or skill. Since the marketing piece was so simple, the most valuable service agencies could provide back then was chatting and backend business infrastructure.

The Paradigm Has Flipped

But today, that paradigm has been flipped on its head. Chatting has now become completely commoditized. Today, just about every agency understands the core principles of good chat and has a fundamentally identical offer, meaning that the only way to compete is on price, and established chat providers are able to outcompete any new market entrants on a cost basis, offering revshare agreements as low as 5%.

If that weren't bad enough, AI chatbots are making HUGE improvements very quickly, and will soon become a dominant force in the market, delivering low-latency, high-quality chat at a fraction of the cost of even the cheapest virtual assistants.

What This Means for 2026

In 2026 and beyond, the greatest value you can possibly offer a new model is on the front-end—using organic social to create marketing campaigns and distribution networks that generate MASSIVE volumes of high quality traffic. And by FAR the best way to do that is through the next tip.

Evergreen Tip #2: Craft Compelling Content

Social media is the single highest-leverage marketing opportunity in the history of capitalism, full stop. 4 billion people—half of all living humans—use Instagram, TikTok, X and YouTube on a monthly basis, and these platforms will distribute your marketing material to your EXACT target audience FOR FREE. The cost is functionally zero, and the upside is so high as to be incalculable.

The Simple Exchange

In exchange for this impossibly valuable service, the platforms merely ask for one thing in return: that you create content people actually WANT to consume.

Now, making great content isn't easy—the social media game is more competitive than ever. But just because you can't TikTok dance and flash your way to million-dollar models anymore doesn't mean it's not worth the effort—it just means you actually have to try.

The Smart Money Already Figured This Out

The largest OFM agencies in the world—organizations like TDM and Creators Inc. pulling down hundreds of millions of dollars a year—realized this years ago, which is precisely WHY they are the largest agencies in the world. But the rest of the industry is lagging behind—many agencies are still using the old methods and throwing money at Reddit, paid ads, and shoutout-for-shoutout swaps, and their already razor-thin margins are getting worse by the day.

Your Wake Up Call

Let this be your wake up call—2026 is the year you MUST get good at organic social. It's time to laser-focus on producing excellent creative and scaling your social media operations. The most important place to start is understanding how to build better brands for your models.

Evergreen Tip #3: Build Better Brands

Brand is THE buzzword in social media marketing right now. Everyone from Gary Vee to Alex Hormozi talks nonstop about the absurd leverage that a powerful personal brand can create—and given the hundreds of millions of dollars of personal wealth they've built via brand, it's hard to argue with the results.

Yet somehow, the concept of brand still escapes OFM. Brand for businesspeople looks very different than brand for OnlyFans models, but the results are equally undeniable—one needs only to look at creators like Camila Araujo and Bonnie Blue pulling down millions a month for proof.

Why Most OFMs Don't Get Brand

I have my theories about why most of OFM doesn't understand brand, but I believe the chief reason is that most agencies don't know what brand actually means, or confuse the concept of brand with niche.

The 3 Brand Questions

To make a VERY long story short, brand in OFM boils down to 3 questions:

1. Who is your AUDIENCE?

What demographic are you trying to reach with your content? Many OFMs think the answer is "gooners" and stop there, but just like human beings, gooners come in all shapes and sizes, and a man who has preferences for goth alternative girls is not the same as a man who prefers granola hippie chicks.

2. What is your IDENTITY?

What makes your creator different, and why should your audience care about them over any other creator in the same domain? Your goal should be to establish truly unique, one-of-one creators who inspire devotion and obsession in their audience.

3. What is your STORY?

What is the fantasy you're selling, and how are you going to communicate that fantasy? What are you actually doing in the content? What emotional levers are you going to pull?

Are you a sweet, nurturing mother figure offering love and affirmation for viewers with mommy issues, or are you a leather-clad dominatrix who makes her audience of submissives grovel at her feet? Are you the girl-next-door who makes every guy feel like he has a chance, or are you the unattainable goddess who makes them work for every crumb of attention?

The Brand Framework in Action

Over the last 3 years, I've built brands for creators using this framework that have taken them from zero to the top .01%, earning hundreds of thousands of dollars per month. The key is understanding that brand isn't just about aesthetics or picking a "niche"—it's about creating a complete psychological profile that resonates deeply with a specific type of person.

When you nail these three elements, something magical happens:

  • Your organic content performs better because it speaks directly to your target audience
  • Your subscribers spend more because they feel a genuine connection to the creator
  • Your retention improves because fans become emotionally invested, not just physically attracted
  • Your word-of-mouth grows because devoted fans become evangelists

The Competitive Landscape Has Changed

Here's what many agencies don't realize: the competitive environment has fundamentally shifted. We're no longer in an era where being hot and willing to get naked is sufficient for success. The market has matured, and with that maturation has come specialization.

The Old Model Is Broken

The old model looked like this:

  1. Find attractive girl willing to make adult content
  2. Help her post consistently on social media
  3. Handle chat/customer service on OnlyFans
  4. Split the revenue

This worked when there were relatively few creators and massive pent-up demand. But now:

  • Supply has exploded - Millions of creators are competing for attention
  • Demand has stabilized - The novelty has worn off and users have become selective
  • AI is automating the commodity services like basic chat
  • Platforms favor quality - Algorithms reward genuine engagement over quantity

The New Model That Works

The new model looks like this:

  1. Identify a specific psychological/emotional niche with underserved demand
  2. Find or develop a creator who can authentically fill that niche
  3. Build a full brand identity around that positioning
  4. Create content that builds genuine parasocial relationships
  5. Dominate that niche completely before expanding

The agencies that understand this shift are the ones scaling to eight and nine figures. The ones still trying to compete on volume and generic attractiveness are fighting over scraps.

Your 2026 Action Plan

If you want to make 2026 your biggest year in OnlyFans management, here's exactly what you need to do:

Quarter 1: Audit and Focus

  • Analyze your current roster for brand potential
  • Identify which models have unique positioning opportunities
  • Cut loose models who are just "another hot girl" without differentiation
  • Choose 1-2 high-potential creators to focus your efforts on

Quarter 2: Brand Development

  • Work through the 3 brand questions for your chosen creators
  • Develop content themes and formats that express their unique identity
  • Create style guides for visuals, voice, and messaging
  • Test different brand expressions and measure audience response

Quarter 3: Content Excellence

  • Master organic social for your chosen platforms (likely TikTok/Instagram)
  • Develop repeatable content formats that can scale
  • Build systems for consistent, high-quality content production
  • Track performance metrics and optimize based on data

Quarter 4: Scale and Expand

  • Double down on what's working
  • Consider expanding successful creators to additional platforms
  • Apply learned frameworks to additional models
  • Plan for 2027 expansion

The Bottom Line

The OnlyFans management industry is undergoing a massive transformation. The easy money from the COVID era is gone, and what's emerging is a much more sophisticated, competitive marketplace that rewards actual skill and strategy.

The agencies that recognize this shift and invest in modern marketing, compelling content creation, and sophisticated brand building will dominate. Those that continue trying to compete with outdated tactics will get left behind.

2026 is the year to choose which category you want to be in.

The platforms are giving you free distribution to billions of people. The opportunity is still enormous. But the bar has been raised, and success now requires actual expertise rather than just being willing to show up.

The question is: Are you ready to do the work required to master modern OnlyFans management, or are you going to keep trying the same tired tactics that stopped working years ago?

The most successful agencies in the world already know the answer. Now it's your turn to decide.
