Answering Absurd OnlyFans Questions: Best Niches, AI, and the State of OFM in 2026

TL;DR

Is now a bad time to get into OFM? What's the best niche? Will AI kill OnlyFans? I answer all of this and more in my latest mailbag Q&A.

It's time for another mailbag episode. These are some of my favorite content to make because I just get to respond directly to what my audience wants to hear. Let's get right into it.

What is the Best Niche for OnlyFans Creators in 2026?

I get this question in just about every live stream. And just by the way the question is phrased, it tells me you're thinking about it wrong.

It is insanely rare for there to be a single best way to approach anything in business. There's maybe a best way to play tic-tac-toe. Anything more complicated than that comes down to individual preference, skill set, and circumstances. Eliminate from your brain the idea that there is only one best way to do anything.

That said, the best niche for any OnlyFans creator is the one that your creator actually understands and can build a dedicated audience in.

Here's the steps you need to take to crush organic social in 2026:

  1. Figure out what your creator genuinely loves to do or talk about. In a perfect world, that's something in a traditionally male-dominated hobby or interest — anything from welding to World of Warcraft. The more specific, the better. Instead of just "welding," think MIG welding on cars. Instead of World of Warcraft, think Burning Crusade classic WoW PvP.

  2. Understand the audience for that niche. Research what the most successful content creators in that niche are doing and — even more importantly — what they're not doing. If your creator is in a male-dominated niche, she has a competitive advantage just by being a girl, because most creators in that niche are men and the male audience is naturally going to be excited to watch a pretty girl who shares their hobby.

  3. Figure out how to make unique, creative, and engaging content within that niche. Only create content within that niche and get really good at making it. If you're successful, you're going to build a monopoly on that audience — and that is the best possible position to be in as a content creator, especially in OnlyFans.

Is Now a Bad Time to Get Into OFM?

Great question. OFM is still a great business, but the barrier to entry is much higher than it has been for the past 5 years. It used to be like picking money up off the ground, and that attracted a bunch of low-quality people. You actually have to be good at it now. The free money is all gone.

Your success or failure depends much more on the quality and work ethic of your creators than it has in the past. From 2019 to 2024, basically any conventionally attractive woman could make six or seven figures with very little effort. You could build a massive following just by doing dance trends and lip syncs. That era is over.

Social media is now moving towards interest-based personalized content as opposed to serving everyone the same generic slop.

If you think you're going to be successful by creating undifferentiated content like TikTok dances, it's a really bad time to get into OFM. Stay away from it and do literally anything else because you're just going to spin your wheels and lose money.

But if you're willing to learn and adapt to the new social media landscape and put the bare minimum of thought and effort into content creation, you're going to run circles around 90% of agency operators today. It's still a great time to start.

What Do You Do for Money Now?

There are three core elements of my business, from most to least scalable:

1. The Marketing Course

I'm sure some of you are saying, "Please God, not another course seller." But if you've followed me for a while, you've seen the amount of work I put into my free content. The course is going to have over 20 full-length videos plus accompanying resources baked into every lesson. It's going to be the single most valuable comprehensive marketing course in OnlyFans. Full stop.

2. Consulting

I work one-on-one with agencies to build full go-to-market brand strategies for high-potential OnlyFans creators. I see brand as a puzzle that I happen to be very good at solving — each model has a unique set of challenges and constraints that make the puzzle interesting. I do all of the creative heavy lifting on the front end: finding the perfect niche, constructing a custom brand (visuals, aesthetics, content formats, creative process). I only do three of these calls a month.

3. Full-Scale Media Production

If you want to create an OFTV show or shoot a ton of high-quality content, I fly my entire production team out to wherever you are in the world and we do exactly that. We just finished a full brand strategy plus a two-week shoot for a South African creator in January — probably the most fun the team has ever had while working. Because it involves travel, lodging, gear, and roughly 4 weeks of prep, this is the costliest service I offer. It probably only makes sense if your creator is at or above the six-figure-per-month mark.

What Are Your Thoughts on AI OnlyFans?

I have a lot of thoughts on this. Here's the important stuff.

AI intimacy products are very real and they are here to stay. I've been saying for almost 3 years that AI products are going to be tremendously disruptive to the current OnlyFans business model, and it seems like people are finally coming around to that reality.

Two big reasons:

Customer Experience

Think about how awful OnlyFans actually is for the end user. You pay a subscription fee, and then the only thing that fee gives you is the privilege to spend more money. It's a total gamble that the model even creates the content you want. You wait — literally with your dick in your hand — for minutes at a time to have a lukewarm sexting session with a middle-aged Filipino man pretending to be a 25-year-old Ukrainian girl pretending to be a 19-year-old American girl.

AI delivers a substantially better product on every level at a way lower cost. For a flat monthly subscription plus nominal credits, current AI companion products allow you to access every type of girl, boy, succubus, or alien creature you can imagine. Whatever fantasy you have, fulfilled on demand in seconds at a fraction of the cost.

Basic Math

The model share of revenue is generally your single largest expense. Eliminate the model and you eliminate every associated cost — not just revshare, but production costs, account executives, and personal time. The only cost of AI content is the pennies on the dollar you spend to generate it.

My prediction: The agencies that figure out how to scale AI models are going to completely choke out the horizontally scaling agencies within 12 to 24 months. AI companion products are going to swallow the transactional spenders. After that, the only people left standing are going to be the ones who invested in deep, trustworthy personal brands and content that people genuinely enjoy.

The Filming Setup

For the curious, here's what I'm working with:

  • A Cam: Sony FX3 with 16-35mm GM2 through a teleprompter
  • B Cam: Sony FX3 with 70-200mm GM2
  • Audio: Rode NTG5 shotgun mic into a Zoom F3 field recorder
  • Both cameras run external batteries with dummy battery setups
  • Key Light: Amaran 300C with Lantern 90 attachment
  • Hair/Back Light: Second light behind
  • Fill Light: Third light in the back

If you have questions of your own, drop them in the comments and I'll either include them in my next mailbag episode or make an entire video about them.
